At Aya Eibayas, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. As our collections include both ready-to-ship items and pre-order pieces, delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product selected. 

All orders are crafted from the middle east and shipped from London, United Kingdom. 

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked as available are ready to be dispatched once they have passed our final quality inspection. 

• These items follow our standard processing and shipping timeframes
• Dispatch typically occurs shortly after order confirmation 

Pre-Order Items

Most of our designs are offered on a pre-order basis. This allows us to create each piece individually, reduce overproduction and uphold our quality standrads. 

• Pre-order items are made to order
• Production times vary and will be clearly stated on the product page 
• Shipping timeframes begin after the item has been completed 

Please note: 

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items will be dispatched together once all items are ready

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped from London using Royal Mail Tracked services. 

Estimated standard delivery time: 

• 2-3 working days after dispatch

Europe Shipping

We ship to selected European destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked services

Estimated standard delivery time: 

• 5-10 working days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing

Shipping cost: 

• Starting from £14.99, calculated at checkout

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available via Royal Mail International Tracked services

Estimated standard delivery time: 

• 7-15 working days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance and local postal services

Shipping cost:

• Starting from £19.99, calculated at checkout

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

International and European orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Aya Eibayas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery. 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Customs processing 
• Weather conditions
• Postal service disruptions

Aya Eibayas cannot be held responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to Royal Mail.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Aya Eibayas is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
